Hello Lap0421,

If you're using the primary domain, it's not pointed to our hosting servers. You'll need to change that on the domain name at your registrar. We have no control over your domain since it's managed at a different registrar than ours.

Registrar..: gkg.net (http://register.gkg.net/)
Domain Name: PEGRAMANDASSOCIATES.COM
Created on..............: 29-JAN-2008
Expires on..............: 29-JAN-2013
Record last updated on..: 26-JAN-2012
Status..................: ACTIVE

Domain servers in listed order:

NS1.THEPLANET.COM
NS2.THEPLANET.COM

Remember that if you do change your name servers, the change requires up to 24 hours of propagation before they can be changed. For more information on this issue go here: Name Server Change information

You can also change your destination URL to use the following:

ftp server: ehub31.webhostinghub.com
user = cpanel user name
pw = cpanel password
port = 21

If you need the cpanel user name and password (reset),you can this with your Account Management Panel (AMP). You can find it under Account & Billing Details (go into the details for your subscription).

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
