Sitespinner says that you do not have to use the FTP tab info to publish. How do I publish without completing the FTP tab?

Hello Standard,

Unfortunately, Sitespinner is one of those third-party website builders for which we do not provide complete technical support. This is not to say that it will not work with our host. You might need to consult with that software vendor's technical support for further assistance or directions.

We do try to provide some help, or at least point you in the right direction. I did some search on the internet for publishing with Site Spinner and the documentation I have read does not indicate a different way to publish to a host like Web Hosting Hub. They indicate that you should use FTP. Though this may differ depending on the version you're using (of which I am not aware). Check out this link to see it if matches up with what you're seeing: Tutorial on Site Spinner

You might be referring to being able to save or publish the site locally. If that is the case, then you will not be able to see the site on the internet in that regard. If you're using a different version of the software, you may need to review the documentation for that version.

If you are using FTP, I can give you the general information you will be using:

whub32.webhostinghub.com
username = your cpanel user name
password = your cpanel password
directory for the primary domain = /public_html/
port = 21

If you need help getting your user name and password, you can definitely find that information in the Account Management Panel (AMP). If you require further assistance, please contact live support - they can provide the information for you immediately (and privately). Note that posts on the Support Center are public.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
