My daughter is using coffeecup Visual Site Deisgner for her new domain we just registered. I use FrontPage for my old domain I transferred to WHH. Mine uploads fine, but I'm not sure of the FTP settings for VSD. I use her domain for "Server", but her files upload into my website. Should I use something in the "Remote Folder" space?

Hi physicsguy,

Thank you for your questions about FTP settings with CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer. It sounds like your daughter's domain name is an Addon domain in your account. Try setting the Remote Folder to public_html/domainname.com where domainname.com is your daughter's actual domain name.

When Addon domains are created, cPanel creates a separate folder for them under public_html which is by default named after the domain. If you altered that folder name from the default when you created the Addon domain, just adjust the Remoge Folder name as needed.

Hope this information is helpful!

Thank you,

Christi N.
