How do I set up and access automatic backups

Hi,

I bought the automatic backups package. How do I set it up and access the backups in case of disaster?

Thank you for your question about the automated backup service. Once you have purchased the service, our Systems Team takes care of the set up of the backup service. If you are in need of a data restoration from the automated backup service, please email our Support Team at support@webhostinghub.com and request a data restoration. Please include account verification with either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for your account.
