How do I upload my previous site with FTP?
I transferred from iPage to WHH....but I can't get through all the insane web lingo to figure out how the heck to upload my existing files into the WHH client. I've done the step by step of configuring an FTP client, but the instructions lead me to a dead end. Infuriating!

Hi caliartist, I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading your site files. Looking at your domain name, I see that it was just pointed to our Nameservers today. This could cause issues with FTP if you are using your domain name as the host since DNS can take 4-24 hours to propagate. Until DNS has had time to propagate, you'll want to use your server name as the host instead of your domain name. You can determine your server name from your Technical Details in AMP (Account Management Panel).
