Hello KayJBrooks,

Your message indicates that you may be logging in with the incorrect password. To fix this, you need to go step 5 (Publishing) in the Builder, click on the bar that says EDIT PUBLISHING SETTINGS, and then make sure you have the correct user name password set. I do not have a copy of your password, so you will need to check this and make the appropriate change. The builder publishing uses the user name for Cpanel and the password as well. If you continue to have problems with this, I would suggest that you call into live support. They can reset it for you while you're on the phone with them.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
