Hello David360,

First of all, I'm not sure what version of Dreamweaver you're using. However, I believe that the reason you're getting to the subdirectory is that you're using the wrong user name. You need to login with your Cpanel user name and password - which is the master FTP account. It gives full access to the site. If you've been GIVEN this access since you're not the owner of the account, then you'll need to speak with the admin/owner for this account and ask that they give proper folder access to the public_html. If you're not sure what the Cpanel user name and password is, you can find it in the Account Management Panel (AMP) under Account and Billing Details - you have to look at the Subscription, and click on DETAILS (again) and it should list out the user name. You can also reset the password for Cpanel there.

You can also contact Technical Support for immediate help with this access, if you continue to have problems with it. I just double-checked your account and I see that you created an FTP account - that is reason that you're not able to get into the public_html folder. Use the Cpanel user, as I mentioned, and you'll have proper access.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
