I am trying to connect filezilla with my account, but "ECONNREFUSED" continues to show up, how do I fix this?

Hello Vivant7,

I double-checked your account and found out that your domain name is still not pointed to our hosting system. Until you change it, your FTP will not operate (it will try to connect to your old host). Since the domain name is not registered through us you will need to make the changes yourself or by contacting your current domain registrar. You can find information on changing name servers here:
