Hello bevin602, Thank you for your question about FTP timeout settings. The only FTP timeout on our servers is MaxIdleTime. While this may vary between servers, it is usually set to either 15 or 30 minutes on our servers. Please note, this is a maximum time for a connection to be idle (no activity) before it is disconnected. This would not affect users who are actively uploading or downloading files. Are you having any trouble uploading or downloading files on your account? If so, please feel free to update your question or add a comment below with further details.
