Hello batman,

I am not able to duplicate the issue and can get to the cpanel just fine. I have a test for you to run whenever you have any connection issues that will help pinpoint the location of the issue. Sometimes it is on the server side, but just as often it is something in between.

Ping and Trace test

Once you run the test, please forward the results to support@webhostinghub.com so our support team can analyze it to find the source of the delay or mis-connection.

Be sure to run the test only when the issue is occurring so the data will be useful.
