I have been trying to read your instructions on how to transfer my website (currently with DreamHost) to your servers, but the language and amount of info is overwhelming.

Can you pretend like I am a 10 year old and walk me through this process?

My website is created in FrontPage. Typically, when I want to update my site I hit publish and I have to enter a username and password. I assume I have to do something similar with Webhostinghub?

Hello hods999,

Thank you for your question. Sorry to hear you are having trouble transferring your website.

Frontpage requires the domain to be pointed to our DNS to publish, so I first recommend contacting the registrar for your domain, and having them point to our nameservers:
Name Server 1:
ns1.webhostinghub.com
Name Server 2:
ns2.webhostinghub.com

After allowing 24 hours for propagation, you should be able to publish using your website using the standard Frontpage settings. Here is a link to a helpful article that covers how to publish your website using Frontpage.

I also see you contacted live support and they were able to assist you.

Are you still experiencing issues?

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below, or contact live Tech Support.

They are available 24/7 via:
Email: support@webhostinghub.com
Phone: 877-595-4482 x2
&
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

Thank you,

-John-Paul
