Hello Sara, I'm sorry you're having trouble transferring your Website. Two days is quite a long time for downloading a file. How large is the backup from your previous host? We apologize for any inconvenience, but there wouldn't be a way to skip the download and transfer the file directly to the server. I'm more than happy to help you find a work around.
