I made sure my publishing settings were correct. It is still giving me "Your request has been denied..." and if you go to my site you can see what happens to my home page when I'm trying to upload.

Update: I'm going to reupload my old site. The home page was all jumbled and a mix of the new and old sites.

Hello christchurchmn,

I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading your redesigned site. As long as the files are named the same, they should over write the existing files on the server.

While checking into this for you I took a look at the FTP logs of the server and I'm not seeing any timeout errors reported. I see that quite a few files have been uploaded to the server.

I also compared your current website against Google's cached copy of your site (dated February 2nd) and I see changes to the "Join us" message and upcoming events on the home page.

You may be viewing a cached copy of your site in your browser. Can you please try refreshing the page and/or clearing your browser's cache? If this does not show you the updated site, please feel free to either update your question or add a comment below and give us more specifics on exactly what should be seen on your site that isn't showing up. We'll be happy to assist further.

Regards,

Christi N.

Hi christchurchmn,

It sounds like the publishing settings for the new website are not set up correctly. Please compare the publishing settings for the new site with the publishing settings of the old site to make sure they match. If not, adjust the publishing settings of your new site in Web Easy to match the publishing settings of your old site.

Web Easy includes FTP publishing built in, and you can use your cPanel username and password as the user name and password for Web Easy publishing.

For the initial remote folder, please put in in: public_html/
for publishing to the main domain.

If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
