Unable to Access FTP
I have tried using my main FTP account (the same one used to login to cpanel) to access the FTP server, but each time I try to login I get an authentication failure.
Isnt the password the same as the one I use to access the cpanel? I can access my cpanel, but cannot login to FTP.

Hello MyFiks, I see you were able to get help from the Support department over the weekend. If they were not able to solve your issue, I would like to test further. I would need to know the exact login information (servername, username, and password) you are using in FTP so I can test it. You can send that information to docs@webhostinghub.com.
