Unfortunately, I have no way to determine your account issues based on the account information for your Support Center user name. I see no associated Web Hosting account or domain name. We need, at minimum, some URL to check so that we can troubleshoot the issue that you are seeing - we can't see your account information, otherwise, please provide the information in reply to this post, or, you might prefer to call into Live Support. They can help you while keeping your account information private. All posts to the Support Center are open to the public.
