I have built my site and set up an FTP account using cPanel, then tried publishing the site using the same settings from the Plesk Sitebuilder wizard. But I am getting an error message:

Cannot find site files at http://www.whistlepigfarmsgoats.org/. The specified site URL does not match the FTP settings.

I am new to this and would appreciate amy help you can provide.

Hello WPFarms,

I did review your account, and you have a Wordpress site at that location currently. If you're not seeing anything, you may want to try clearing your browser cache (clear browser cache). You will probably also need to clear all of the old files for the Wordpress installation. If you installed it using Fantastico De Luxe, simply log back into the Cpanel, look for Wordpress there and then select REMOVE. You can also contact technical support to have the files removed if you need it done for you.

In terms of the Site Builder, you need to review your PUBLISHING settings. When you go to PUBLISH, there is a link there.

-FTP should be set
-HOST: whistlepigfarmsgoats.org
-working directory = /public_html/
-website = http://whistlepigfarmsgoats.org

Your login user and password should be based on your Cpanel user name and password. It is NOT the same as your AMP login.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
