I would like to upload a small image file (my company logo) so that Feedburner can access it to customize my email subscription messages. Could you tell me which folder I should upload the image to?

Thank you for you question Chikako! Where you put your files will depend on whether you are building on a subdomain, main domain, or addon. You can just place them in your public_html folder on the server if its for your main domain. This article has more information to answer your question. What Directory should I Upload my Files to?
