I am the webmaster for the new site for which we have set up hosting with you, www.johndepewwoodart.com. When I go to the AMP, it says the FTP password is "hidden for security". Is there somewhere else I can find this if I have access to the AMP? Or could you send it to the owner, John Depew, at the eMail he used to set up the site, millrivertree@aol.com?

When I try to upload a file, I get a message saying the password is invalid - I have been using the AMP password....

Thanks so much!

Ted Strauss

Hello Ted,

Thank you for your question about your FTP password. Your cPanel user name and password (not the same as your AMP credentials) acts as an FTP account as well. The password you are looking for is your cPanel password. If you need to, you can easily reset your cPanel password through AMP. For more information on using FTP, please see our FTP Getting Started Guide.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
