What is the maximum file size you can upload through the cPanel File Manager?

Is there a way to increase that size?

Hi crivoli,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. If you have large files that need to be uploaded we recommend using FTP instead of cPanel's File Manager.

We cannot increase the maximum file upload limit in cPanel. But when you use FTP, there is no limit and will speed up the upload process. Here's our article on using FTP:
