What secure ftp connection does Webhosting Hub require?

For my FTP connection, do I use FTP, SFTP or FTPS?

Hello clives5,

As SFTP requires SSH access, you will be unable to use that particular protocol to connect. We do, however, have another method for you to use your FTP securely. I have an article below on how to do just that:
