I cannot see any way to upload more than 1 file at a time in the File Manager and the ftp server link (ftp.gspikers.com) is the same for my existing host and hub. I don't know how to direct the upload to hub.

Hello Pete,

Great question on using an FTP program versus the File Manager in cPanel. Yes, with File Manager you are limited to one file upload at a time. Fortunately, you do not have to use your domain as the hostname for FTP if your domain is not yet pointed to our Nameservers. You can use the name of the server your account is on instead. In your AMP account view your technical details and look for the Hostname listed there. It will be something like whub28.webhostinghub.com.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
