Hello richa,

That error means that FileZilla cannot find that particular server even after trying for a short period of time. I did a ping on the serer IP and it never resolved. This means that I cannot reach it from where I am either.

As the server is not one of ours, I am not able to troubleshoot the server itself or get any more information. You will want to check with that webhost about the status of that server.

Additionally, the domain name enetrnbuy.com is also invalid as it is not a registered domain name at this time, according to the whois databases. That may also play a part in your issue.
