When I publish my web page from the program, Antenna, I get a "host aborted connection after only a few files uploaded. This is part of the error in my log file "*** Error - Host aborted the connection. Perhaps timed out - 10053
Host says: 226 0.194 seconds (measured here), 33.42 Kbytes per second ***"

Hello Pahagacohillsweather,

I suspect that you may be using the wrong information to FTP into your account. You cannot use the PUBLIC_FTP folder for that purpose - that folder is for log files only. You also haven't given enough information for us to determine exactly what's happening. We would need to know what URL you're using, and also what user. If you wish to keep that information private, then please communicate this information with live technical support.

Make sure that you are using the Cpanel user and password to login to the server. And the server information for FTP is generally your domain name (as long as they are pointing to us). You can also use the temporary URL (based on the server name) and login to ftp: whub25.webhostinghub.com

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
