Hello, Sorry for the problems with getting your WordPress site transferred to your Web Hosting Hub account. We do have a series of tutorials for this process. You can see them on this page (starting from section3). It should not be (and is not) a complicated process to move the WordPress site, but it can be broken into 4 parts: 1) Installing a fresh copy of WordPress, 2) Moving your Content files to the new location, 3) Moving your database to the new host, and 4) Making configuration adjustments to your new WordPress installation. We also provide a Website Transfer Service for you. If you want to use this service, you can initiate the request in the Account Management Panel (AMP).
