Hello, Thank you for your question on the RSS publish date and time. I looked at your site and see that it is WordPress based. I then tested a post in my own WordPress site and it is displaying according to my post time. I looked at your feed and in the database for your site and the post table has the publish date as exactly 1 hour prior to what is showing on your RSS feed. I have attempted to alter publishing dates on the posts of my own site to see how it affected the date on my feed, but that has had no effect so far. Checking the code for the file that creates the feed, I can see it is actually pulling the post_date time stamp. As to how to alter it, we do not have an answer as we are also unable to alter it. We did test by altering server times, the timezone in the php.ini file, the time settings in the WordPress, and individual post publishing dates so far (on my own server, of course) and none have had any effect on the feed date so far. You may want to reach out to the WordPress.org forums and see if someone there may have had cause to alter there RSS publish times. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
