Email Forwarding Not Functioning As it should

Couple of weeks ago I changed the password to my AOL account of which my emails from ed@******engineering.com are forwarded to but since then when I do a test by sending an email from my aol account (sent to the ed@******engineering.com) the emails never get forwarded. please advice on how to correct this problem..

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding an email forwarder not working. Since it will not forward back to the originating address, ensure you are testing with an outside address.

For example, if you setup a forwarder from ed@******engineering.com to user@aol.com; then, send a test email from user@aol.com to ed@******engineering.com.

It will not forward back to user@aol.com since it was the original "sending" address.

If your problems persist, I recommend reviewing your mail logs for additional clues. Live Support can help you access this.
