Hello, Thank you for your question regarding an email forwarder not working. Since it will not forward back to the originating address, ensure you are testing with an outside address. For example, if you setup a forwarder from ed@******engineering.com to user@aol.com; then, send a test email from user@aol.com to ed@******engineering.com. It will not forward back to user@aol.com since it was the original "sending" address. If your problems persist, I recommend reviewing your mail logs for additional clues.
