A few of our employees on different terminals, use the same admin email address to respond to clients. We would like to have it so that if the email is dealt with and deleted, it is also deleted on Outlook on the other PCs. What do we need to do to configure this?

Hello,

Thanks for the question about how you should configure email so that it updates on all email clients that access it. This is normally done using an IMAP configured email client. Our email servers can send email using POP3 or IMAP. IMAP supports multiple folders and can keep its updates on the server, whereas POP3 downloads the emails to an Inbox. I would recommend that you use IMAP for the account that is accessed by multiple people. When an update occurs, it is also sent to the server and other people accessing the single email account will see the changes.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
