Hello,

Thank you for your question on streaming live from your account. Our shared servers do not allow live streaming due to the bandwidth usage it requires. You may want to check out services such as Ustream, which will allow you to do so.

You may always upload your audio or video files afterwards and either embed them or make them available for download.
