I want to terminate hosting for the website how to do it ?

The guy who built my website and who persuaded me to pay for hosting here refuses me access to my webpage. I would like to terminate hosting for the webpage which he created for me. I paid for it so it's my hosting right? How do I stop the hosting for thehouseofdreams.co.uk?
