Good morning, Thanks for your post regarding the recent emergency maintenance on the server that houses your account. Typically, when an emergency situation arises, we primarily focus on restoring complete functionality of the server. We apologize for not notifying you sooner, however, we don't want to prematurely notify customers until the full scope of the situation is known.
