I haven't made ANY changes to my blog, and have this error whenever I try to log in to my wordpress dashboard or view my site:

"Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner."

HELP! What do I do!?!?

No plugins were added. I already emailed, but I was literally doing nothing when it came up.
