Hello, Thanks for your question about changing the nameserver settings for your domain name, toptijuana.com. If the nameservers were changed recently, it's possible that they are still in the middle of changing - it may take up to 24 hours. When I look up toptijuana.com, it is showing the follwing name servers: NS03.DOMAINCONTROL.COM NS04.DOMAINCONTROL.COM This means that GoDaddy has control over that domain. We do not. You need to speak with whoever you registered the domain with in order to make a change to domain settings. Since it was not registered through Web Hosting Hub, we have no way of making a change to it. If you are not the original owner or if there is a dispute with the domain, then you will need to speak with GoDaddy to resolve the problem. If they are not providing you a satisfactory answer, then you have the option of registering a complaint through the governing body for registrars, ICANN.
