Podcasting on a Spark plan

Ive read that's possible to podcast through Wordpress with plugins, etc. I'm curious if I would need to upgrade to a higher plan then the Spark plan or I would get flagged for excessive resource usage.

Hello,

Depending on your monthly traffic you may need to embed the podcast on another service such as YouTube and embed the video to your website. How much traffic are you anticipating?

I currently put out a podcast on another platform with other podcasters and I get between 75-100 listens per pod. I put out about 1 per week and they are about an hour long each.
