I installed the Precious Lite Pro theme onto my site and it crashed. Now I cannot even log in to remove the theme. I need help to restore my site ASAP. When I type in my site url: netprofitgrowth.com the following message comes up in lieu of my website: Warning: require_once(/home/netpro7/public_html/wp-content/themes/Zip-theme/inc/options-framework.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/netpro7/public_html/wp-content/themes/Zip-theme/functions.php on line 143

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/netpro7/public_html/wp-content/themes/Zip-theme/inc/options-framework.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/netpro7/public_html/wp-content/themes/Zip-theme/functions.php on line 143

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about website issues after installing a 3rd party theme. I recommend following our WordPress Troubleshooting guide, specifically the section on "Switching to the Default Theme."

Once you have switched to a default theme, you should be able to regain access to your dashboard.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you,
John-Paul
