Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding tickets not working. I checked your account and see several tickets we received from you. I can confirm that we have responded to all of them.

I recommend checking your spam box, or email filter. Since our emails are often caught by incoming rules.

Also confirm your Primary Contact Email is accurate.
