I do not pay for automated backups thru WHH because I was using another service. I found out today that my WordPress database has been damaged and then also found out that my backup service has not been working correctly. I was hoping there would be a way for me to find a backup through you. Fingers crossed!

I'm sorry Mojosie, but we wouldn't have a backup of your website. Are you seeing any errors on your site that indicate a damaged database? I visited your site but did not see any errors. Also, have you tried checking and repairing your database?

If you would like to purchase the automated backup service going forward, please feel free to request that service by sending and email to support@webhostinghub.com and requesting that we add the backup service for a charge of $12.00 per year. Please be sure to include account verification with either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. Please note, regular, incremental backups will be performed on your account as long as the account is less than 10GB in total size.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
