Hello, I have a problem with my new theme.
And I think the problem is not the theme but the mod_security configuration on webhostinghub.
Because of all the users of this theme, I'm the only one that experiencing this problem.

This theme is redirecting the default wordpress login page to the custom page on the frontend and the Error 406 Not Acceptable will show every time I try to disable the mod_security.

So can someone here share me a solution to this issue?

Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding a 406 error. As a test, check your .htaccess file. One of the first steps you can do when troubleshooting .htaccess errors is to try renaming the .htaccess file. If this resolves the error, then you know it's something in the .htaccess file. If it doesn't resolve the issue, simply change the name back to .htaccess.

I also recommend following our WordPress Troubleshooting guide, as it will often narrow down the cause of the problem.

You can also contact Live Support so they can help you review the mod_security logs for specific errors or additional clues.

Thank you,
John-Paul
