FTP is not working
username: ****@rawrriors.com
*FTP server: *ftp.rawrriors.com
FTP & explicit FTPS port: *21
So I was trying to log into FTP but the server is not found
FTP username: *****
*FTP server: *ftp.rawrriors.com
*FTP & explicit FTPS port: *21
SFTP port: *22
and then when I use this route. It says the user and password is not correct.
help!

Hello Epickevin, Thanks for your question and sorry you're having problems with your FTP. The main reason is that your domain (registered under Namecheap) is not pointing to our servers. In order to use the domain name so that you can use FTP or the web hosting servers here, you will need to have your domain name changed. You can go to Changing Name servers at Namecheap.com for further information. Note that any changes to the nameservers will require up to 24 hours of DNS propagation. If want to use your FTP now, you can use the server name. For further information on how to access your server, please go to Getting Started with FTP. This article will show you the correct format for the temporary server URL. Also, please note that SFTP is not available with your account. I hope this helps to clarify the issue for you!
