My CGI script worked and all of a sudden I started to get this error message:
________________________________
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@......net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The script is still in cgi-bin directory.

Could you please help with this?

Thank you.

Michael

Hello Michael,

I'm sorry you're having trouble running adding your script to your site built with the Premium Website Builder.

Normally, you will want to use the Scripts Module in the builder to add a script to your site. We also have an article that explains in more detail how to use scripts stored in your cgi-bin.

In your case, it looks like you have a Perl script set up that you would like to integrate into your Premium Website Builder site. I would recommend using an iframe to embed the URL to that script into your site. Please see our article on Integrating Third Party Software With the Premium Website Builder for instructions on how this can be done.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
