I've been a big fan of WHH for the past year+ but lately...my pages have been loading very, very slowly. Sometimes - often - so slowly that they time out.

This roughly corresponds with the marketing push where it seems that every page on the web is advertising for WHH (can't blame them with the great rewards offered for signing up new customers).

Because of this, I wonder if the servers need updating? Do they have insufficient memory or something?

One reason that leads me to believe this is that my pages tend to load slowest (often 10-20 seconds? with several F5 refreshes when it times out) when I first visit them. Then they usually load much faster. Is this because they're cached or something?

Anyway...I want to continue loving WHH, but I need better performance than this. Any ideas??

Hello ShaunR,

Thank you for your question. Sorry to hear your sites are loading slowly. I looked into your server and it has not been experiencing any issues recently.

Seeing our banners online will not affect your websites, since they are not on the same server as your websites.

I would need more specific information to troubleshoot this issue such as the domain name, and when this issue last occurred.

If you are getting an insufficient memory error, this is a setting that you can increase. Here is a link to a helpful article covering "How do I Update my Local PHP Settings?"

If your problems persist I recommend contacting support so they can check the server logs.

They are available 24/7 via:

&
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
