I just purchased hosting and a domain name and although I got information on my account info, I never got anything with server information like username and password. I found the "Admin Details" in my account management under Account and Billing, but only the temporary URL goes to anything and I can't log into the control panel because the Admin Details says password "hidden for security". Also if I type in the actual name of my website it doesn't connect.

Hello Deperomd,

Apologies for what seems like some confusion on getting your login information. You're normally supposed to receive an email that details how to setup and find your login information(click on the link to get more details). When an account is created, they do not actually give you a password. You actually set it yourself. The login starts with the Account Management Panel (AMP) and uses the email address that you specified as your user name. You can set your cPanel password from that point.

Additionally, if you're trying to use the domain name and you just registered it, you may not be able to use it until propagation completes. You can however use the server name - information that is also present in the Admin Details section that you found earlier. For example, the path to get to the cPanel for a server named whub37 would be whub37.webhostinghub.com/cpanel. You would need to use the user found in your details (as opposed to the email address).

I hope this provides the information you need in order to login to both the Account Management Panel (AMP) and/or cPanel. If you require further assistance, please let us know immediately.

Regards,
Arnel C.
