I logged into my account and saw the adwords notification and then the code showed up to me to copy it but I didn't because I haven't set up my account on Google adwords yet. So when I finished my my signup for adwords to come back to get the code again I couldn't find the notification for the voucher again. How can I get it back?
On the left under Notices, you will see a button for the Google Adword credit. Click it and it will take you to AMP, login if you are not already, and you will see your voucher. I have confirmed it is there.

I did exactly what you advised me to do. However, I get Your voucher code is:
but then there's no code shown there. there's only a comment that says:
It expires in 15 days.
Sign up for AdWords and redeem your credit today!
Sorry for the trouble you are having. I went ahead and generated a new code for you, and it should be available in amp at this time.
If you are still not seeing the link, please provide more information, such as what type of browser you are using and what version, so we can try to replicate the problem.
If you are able to access the voucher, but are still having problems, you will have to contact Google.
Thanks for your help. Now I got the code but whenever I enter it at Google adwords, I get this message from Google:
Sorry, you are not eligible for this promotional code for the following reason(s): The country of your billing address.
I will contact Google about this. Is there any help you can provide for me as Webhostinghub?
