How do I add html file so Google can verify my site?

I was told to ask you to put this in my website (tcsyo.org) so that Google can verify that the site is mine.

Hi Cheri,

You will need to download the file to your computer and upload the file using cPanel file manager. Here is a few links that may help you to do this:
