Thank you for your question pat1958! If your emails disappear from the server it is most likely because you have a POP account set up in Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, or some other program checking the email. POP accounts will remove the emails from the server when they check email. Unfortunately, I cannot find your account to look at the email logs to verify this. Regards, James R
