I logged into my email account using Horde. I selected the option for address book, I get an option for a drop down menu with other people's names there as well as mine. I click to send a new message, click on address book, and the other people's books with their list of addressees is there, as well as my own. Why am I seeing their address book as well as my own? That could also mean the other people can see my address book as well, which is not appropriate. What's the fix for both of those situations, their books showing up and who has access to what?

Hi Bugg22,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. It sounds like you have logged into webmail (Horde) using your cPanel credentials and that's why you're seeing all the email accounts address book. However, without being able to log into the actual email account myself, it's tough to troubleshoot. Try logging out of webmail and logging back in with your email account.

If that doesn't resolve it, please feel free to email your email address and password to docs@webhostinghub.com so I can log in and replicate your issue.

Since we do not monitor the docs@ email address, please be sure to post a comment and let me know that you have sent the credentials.

If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!

Tim S
