Can I install vTiger CRM?

Hello, i want to install vTiger CRM as a web application, ¿how can i do it?. I've already ftp the sources to my public_html, but i can't install it.

Thank you for your question about installing the vTiger CRM. I'm sorry but that particular piece of software is too resource intensive for a shared environment and our Systems Team recommends against installing it. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
