i was in the control panel looking at the cgi web counter - when you choose the options like colors etc and generate a preview to see what it might look like, the images are always broken on my end, so a preview is not possible.

just thought you might want to know - or it could be something with my profile of course -

thanks!

update: I am using internet explorer 8.0 on windows xp - the "see styles" page also does not show the images - only a picture icon box everywhere an image should be. i can screen capture for you via email if that would help - but it is the only area in the control panel where i have an image issue. thanks!

Hi DillengerX,

Thanks for the update. Any screenshots you can provide would be great! Please feel free to send those to docs@webhostinghub.com and let us know here once you send that email. I checked your cPanel using Internet Explorer 9 and even used the compatibility view to try viewing it as it would appear in an older version of Internet Explorer. Could you try upgrading to IE 9 and seeing if the issue re-occurs? If it does, please send us those screen shots and we'll be happy to continue looking into this for you.

Hello DillengerX,

I'm sorry you're having trouble previewing the CGI web counter in cPanel. The preview should appear in the lower left corner of the Counter/Clock/Date Box Generator page. The error could be due to a browser compatibility issue, but at this point, we would need more information to confirm that.

Please feel free to either update your question or add a comment below and let us know the name of the browser and version of your browser you are using with cPanel. We will be happy to look into this further for you.

Regards,

Christi N.
