One of the actions I want to perform says to send a regular email to the support center. This does not appear safe and most other servers provide only the option to communicate via an online instrument, such as the one I am using now.
If we want to make changes to our domain, are we really supposed to just email you our user, password and other info via unsecure methods such as email??

Hello CaliforniaDreamWeek

Thank you for your question regarding secure communications with our Support Team. Please feel free to use the following link to create an account where you can submit your requests online instead of via email:

https://support.webhostinghub.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi?do=register

Depending on the changes you wish to make to your domain, you may be able to manage those changes via the Account Management Panel (AMP). For more information, please see our article on Logging into AMP http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/website/how-to/logging-into-amp .

Please let us know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance. We're always happy to help.

Thank you,

Christi N.
