I have submitted a support ticket and received an automated email response with an URL to the location of the open question. Now I cannot find the email, and I am trying to locate the ticket. I have looked all over the "hub" website, but was not able, so far, to find a link or button labeled "Support Tickets" "Open Tickets" "Check your Tickets" although Iam logged in. Can someone point me in the right direction. I don't know where else to look.

Hello dannirod,

I'm sorry that links is a little hard to find:

https://support.webhostinghub.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi

I see you were looking for information on your password. Usually on new accounts your cPanel password will match your AMP password. If that is not the case, or if you wish to set your cPanel password to something else, you can reset your AMP password by following the instructions here in our article: How to reset your cPanel password from within AMP.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need additional assistance.

Thank you,

Christi N.
