How Do I Export Existing Emails
Hello. In searching the web for how to back up (export) my Horde mail (running 5.2.6), the instructions (below) don't match my interface. They all say to, under FOLDERS, CHOOSE ALL. The only "FOLDERS" word I have is between my Main Folders List and (below those) is my Subfolder tree, and that FOLDERS GROUP word says the following:
CREATE MAILBOX
EXPAND ALL
COLLAPSE ALL
REBUILD FOLDER LIST
THERE IS NOTHING which allows me to choose all of my subfolders to be able to EXPORT. Any assistance will be HUGELY appreciated!

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about backing up your mail. It is possible the documentation you are looking at is out of date. I advise setting up POP mail in your email client. That will download the files automatically. Best, Christopher M. |
